• Significant Delays: In rare cases, if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you immediately via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside of our control, such as natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, or carrier backlogs.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

• Tracking Number: A tracking number will be added to your order details as soon as it becomes available.

• Notifications: You will be notified via email with your tracking information so you can monitor your delivery status every step of the way.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

• Customer Responsibility: Jenilee. Store is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or tariffs applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

• Returned Packages: If a package is returned to sender or sent back to us due to unpaid customs, taxes, or refusal of delivery, we will refund the cost of the product and retain any shipping charges incurred.

Damages & Issues

• Report Promptly: If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a clear picture of the damaged package and product, and email us.

• 48-Hour Window: We will only replace damaged goods if they are reported with photographic proof within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.
